Review on EPAuto 1/4-Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench: Precise Torque Control for 20-200 in.-lb. / 2.26 ~ 22.6 Nm by Ryan Arthur

I bought this torque wrench to install a mini split in my house. The first time I installed a unit I figured I would wing the torque of the lines because I did not have a torque wrench and I ended up losing refrigerant and having to call an HVAC guy. I guess saving money cost me a lot! When I was going to install my 2nd unit I went looking for a torque wrench at my local big box store but all the ones they had started at around 30 lbs/ft, but my 1/4 line needed about 10 lbs/ft. I found this unit in revain and ordered it. It did the job great. The only reason I am only giving it 4 stars is because you can only measure torque in one direction (clockwise) but you can use it as a ratchet both clock and counter clock wide by toggling a lever. However, that toggle does not mark in which direction torque is measured so you have to remember which way it works. Since clockwise or counter clockwise will depend from which direction you are holding the wrench, it would have made it much easier to just add a visual aid in the toggle to make it clear in which direction torque is being measured. It might sound obvious but I found myself double and triple checking to make sure as I did not want to over torque my flares. Other than that it served its purpose and I would buy again.
