I bought this watch on the Revain marketplace and knew it was used. Looks good, the strap looks like it has never been used and was very easy to install and set up with the app on my phone. There are many things I really love about him. The band isn't one of them as they kept falling apart. I was going to buy him a metal tape but decided to return it for a number of reasons. At first the battery was supposed to last a week or two, but it only lasted 3 days. Using the charger was very difficult. The watch does not stay connected to what appears to be a magnetic charger. I tried a lot and then decided to ask for support. The manufacturer's support rep thought there might be something wrong with the charger and offered to send me a new one. But what really helped me was being told that the battery is not replaceable. I read elsewhere that it was so. So if the battery fails, they usually replace the watch as long as it's still within the one-year warranty period. Well I expected this watch to last a lot more than a year and considering it was used or in an open box or something it's out of warranty so if it dies I'll be stuck. I sent it back and am looking for a similar one but not from that brand.
