Got these to protect the seats of our chairs from our kitty’s claws. He likes to run around the seats under the table and our upholstery was starting to snag. These are a bit thinner than what I’d have thought for "jacquard” but I think they’ll be enough of a layer to protect the seats underneath. They stretch enough to fit out oversized dining chairs (22” wide and 19” deep). Easy to install, just slip over the back and then stretch over the seat. I was even able to get these on my captain chairs with arms by unscrewing the part of the arm that attaches to the chair back and slipping the cover through. YMMV with arm chairs, but it could be possible.
