OK - I never write reviews. I know people say that sometimes, but I can't count the number of times I've done it. But I wanted to take a second to compliment Pump Spy on their absolutely top notch customer service. I recently purchased and installed a pre-assembled unit. Shortly thereafter, he failed the self-test. It happens. It turns out that something was wrong. Big. It happens too! Sometimes things pass quality control. In any case, what I wanted to commend is the first-class handling of the situation by the company. I was able to call a technician to fix the problem and they sent a full replacement when it turned out it was needed. I have never received treatment like this from any company and still can't believe they were so helpful, attentive and pleasant throughout. Great job Pump Spy!
