Review on Parts Tracker by Scott Clayton

It really helps with keeping track of so much information with parts tracking. I use it at work too to keep an accurate list of our stock count and make sure any new equipment we buy has been ordered. The customer support can be slow, sometimes getting hold of someone is impossible unless you are in close contact with them otherwise it just feels like they have other things to do. They always seem to want to get things back to normal without addressing the issue first, then after time something else comes up and then they are surprised when we aren't happy with them anymore! If you're using this for part tracking or any other reasons such as invoicing customers then i highly recommend it if you haven't heard of it before. We mainly use this to invoice stock to customers, so therefore most users who use this are using it for invoicing purposes but anything where organisation and/or tracking is required would benefit from having this. I like that it's very easy to use and navigate. The interface is easy to understand and quick to learn. It also has an excellent customer service team. I have had no problems with this product. So far so good! I've been using this system for over 10 years now and have never had any issues. This program allows me to keep track of my business' assets, such as equipment, tools, etc. It's also helpful when it comes time to purchase new items.
