I like how easy it was when setting up my account with them as they were very helpful throughout setup process! It's not too hard using this program but if there are any issues or questions we have never been able solve then their customer service team will help us out every time!! It really helps with keeping track of so much information with parts tracking. I use it at work too to keep an accurate list of our stock count and make sure any new equipment we buy has been ordered.
