Very user friendly for Parts Inventory Management

The ease of use of this program. It is easy to navigate and keep track of our parts inventory. We are able to have access to everything we need at any time on any device. No more running back and forth between offices trying to find what we need. This helps us keep track of our parts inventory in an organized manner. Great User Friendly Software That Saves Lots of Time

I like how easy it was when setting up my account with them as they were very helpful throughout setup process! It's not too hard using this program but if there are any issues or questions we have never been able solve then their customer service team will help us out every time!! We use PTR mainly because its user friendly so our customers can easily find what part needs replacing etc which has saved me alot off work previously having multiple staff members going through each machine looking…

Great software which makes managing inventory simple

It really helps with keeping track of so much information with parts tracking. I use it at work too to keep an accurate list of our stock count and make sure any new equipment we buy has been ordered. The customer support can be slow, sometimes getting hold of someone is impossible unless you are in close contact with them otherwise it just feels like they have other things to do. They always seem to want to get things back to normal without addressing the issue first, then after time something

  • User friendly software application which works properly everytime regardless what operating systems used (Windows & Mac)..etc.There seems little chance there could ever encounter technical difficulties while running PC Windows applications via your own laptop computer..it runs smoothly almost all times even though working under Linux
