Review on Parts Tracker by Harry Love

I like how easy it was when setting up my account with them as they were very helpful throughout setup process! It's not too hard using this program but if there are any issues or questions we have never been able solve then their customer service team will help us out every time!! We use PTR mainly because its user friendly so our customers can easily find what part needs replacing etc which has saved me alot off work previously having multiple staff members going through each machine looking at manual notes comparing numbers ect..
