I was skeptical at first but someone recommended this to me and I thought for the price I could take the risk. I'm glad I did. I'm one of those weird people who love plain popcorn so this is actually perfect for me. The size is perfect for one or two people, and the amount of unpopped little treats at the bottom of the bowl is perfectly balanced with the amount of fluffy, popped kernels. He spends a quarter cup per turn. Be sure to play with the cook time and keep track of it until you get it right. My microwave takes almost a full minute less than expected. It burns pretty quickly once you get past that perfect spot so make sure you take it out and immediately remove the lid to let the steam out. This helps keep it fluffy and crispy. If you like butter/olive oil and salt, add after cooking and cover again to toss and serve straight from the bowl. Cleaning is very easy as it is dishwasher safe and the lid fits into the storage tray. As you can imagine, I've benefited greatly from this over the past year considering all the threads are in a comfy chair. Much more convenient than standing by the stove shaking the pan while holding the lid between films.
