Bought after the factory power cord gave up the ghost less than a year later. It works great and collects traffic well (tried another one that didn't handle traffic as well). I would like to recommend it as an inexpensive replacement for the factory power cord.+ Ideal replacement for defective Magellan power cords with traffic support.+ Supports traffic function. A regular USB cable will not work (the traffic antenna is inside the cable). + The cable is long enough for most purposes, but not too long. + Durable connector, easy to insert and remove. it is powered.* The USB connector for connecting to the GPS is oriented with the cable facing up. bend the wires too tight. they will eventually break.
