I now have 4 pairs of these riding underwear. I've used a variety of soft underwear and shorts and these are my favorites. I ride paved trails, gravel/cinder trails, and dirt trails almost every day. I've worn them on trail rides of over 40 miles. While they don't completely eliminate saddle discomfort, gel pads make the ride much more comfortable. The fabric is breathable and helps fight sweat on 80F rides. When you sweat, especially on a gel pad, air flows through the fabric to keep you cool and dry. I'm 5ft 9in, 170lbs, waist 32in, medium fits great. The pads are well placed and I have no problem moving the gel pad. I would recommend her to a friend.
