I have no complaints about this product. I don't wear makeup and use it as a toner. Some note that the wipes aren't very thick, but I believe that doesn't detract from their effectiveness. In addition, they are quite durable and can certainly clean, remove makeup and be used as a toner. Some have also found that this product causes a burning sensation on their faces. I haven't experienced that, but I think it might have something to do with the fact that it's a toner that also contains citrus products. It has a pleasant light smell, does not irritate my sensitive skin (the face can sometimes become very red, inflamed). All in all a very good product with great ingredients!
