I love that it is user friendly to learn how to use but also easy enough for someone who doesn't have any computer experience at all! It's very simple with just one click of button you can open or close an account, pay bills, make payments, etc. No more having to print out many pages every time we want to do something. We are able to keep track of our rental income in real-time which helps us know when it's best to take bookings so the money keeps flowing into the bank rather than sitting there waiting. The software is very simple to use with all features that you need in your business. It can be used by someone who has no experience at all, as it's easy enough to navigate. I like how everything comes together to make sure you're fully compliant when using this program. There are some things missing from the basic version of the software but they have made improvements since then so those issues should not exist anymore. We've been able to streamline our process and keep records easily.
