I love that it is user friendly to learn how to use but also easy enough for someone who doesn't have any computer experience at all! It's very simple with just one click of button you can open or close an account, pay bills, make payments, etc. No more having to print out many pages every time we want to do something. We are able to keep track of our rental income in real-time which helps us know when it's best to take bookings so the money keeps flowing into the bank rather than sitting there
