Great chair! I had to replace my old one. I bought this because of the reviews and the fact that you can raise the armrests so they don't get in the way of typing etc for computer work. It doesn't disappoint - durable, easy to assemble (with GREAT instructions and even some spare parts), very affordable. The most important thing is that it is very comfortable. The armrests slide up easily, the chair is supportive, comfortable, with good height and reclining area. The only thing to note about the tilt function is that the manual doesn't say it, but you must "unlock" it by moving the height adjustment lever HORIZONTALLY for the tilt function to work. You must do this when you are not sitting in a chair. You can then use the knob on the bottom to adjust the incline tension. Seems pretty obvious but it took me a while to figure it out. I highly recommend.
