I received this set to replace an almost useless random collection of pans I've built up over the years. So far they have met my needs even though it's only been a few weeks. Although the package arrived on time and well packaged, the 11" pan had numerous deep scratches and scuffs on the non-stick coating, presumably from the factory. It took NutriChef a few days to respond and honor the warranty, but I was able to get the 11 inch unit replaced. Pot in hand just over a week after the original delivery date. Given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am very pleased with the speed with which the seller has shown the solution to the problem. If this set lasts I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for affordable cookware.
