Advantages: Everything you need for cleaning with an interchangeable handle. This is exactly what I needed for my small apartment in New York. It's great that the mop comes with a removable, washable microfiber pad, but it ALSO works with Swiffer pads or your own cleaning cloth. Cons: The product comes with two handles: a long handle that fits all cleaning heads and a short handle that ONLY fits the window cleaner/scraper (and then connects to the longer handle). I want the short handle to fit all the parts, especially the small parts of the scrubber. Another annoyance is that ALL attachments have hinges, even the broom. The bend and spin is comfortable to use with a mop but very annoying with a broom. I'll probably figure out how to block it. Some reviews also complained about the quality. These are light weight parts, decent quality but not heavy. The handle is qualitatively comparable to the cheapest mop.
