I bought these yellow plastic wall mounts specifically for my S&W M&P22 Compact to use the snap caps but found them too small and the base too thin. I immediately went to Home Depot and found these white plastic wall anchors (#8-#10 x 1 inch) 10 for $2 that were the perfect diameter/length and good edge thickness, just like a federal 22LR bullet. The white also fits perfectly in the magazine, it can be easily inserted from the magazine into the barrel. 1" anchors are best bought for the M&P 22 Compact. I hope this helps your buyers. Thank you
