Head stereo burned out. & charges every second

Plugged this into the charge port on my $1200 main unit and it blew out. My head unit gave a "USB Overcurrent Warning" and then all my speakers went static and at half volume. Now I need to replace my $1200 stereo because of this phone charger. Angry 😤 Also, the phone charger drastically drains power and charges every second instead of charging every second.
