I can't test the quality of the product as I haven't used it yet. However, I noticed that a lot of the negative reviews were related to the condition of the product that was delivered (i.e. something all over the body, broken plastic liner, etc.). My case arrived with cardboard on the inside of the window to protect it. Small fragments were scattered, but did no harm. Each bit is wrapped in plastic as the bits are oiled. Good idea, although some have complained that it takes some time to unbox. Once these bits are unrolled and placed in the case, they don't seem to be loose enough to come out until you need them. However, after repeated use, the plastic retaining tabs are likely to wear out.
