The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

It appears that everything is working out so far after three rounds of bluing and three to four hours in the oven after linseed oil was used to grease it. However, after a month, I will repeat the process. As opposed to using a silicone brush, it is preferable to lubricate with oil alone using your hands. You only need a tiny bit of oil; if there is too much, it will bake with difficult-to-wash drops. As there is obviously some kind of coating on the pan, the photo shows where it is extremely evident, it is difficult to wash the food because it can't soak and there are concerns about using a metal sponge. It appears that the coating on the frying surface has partially peeled off after a month of cooking; why this happened is beyond me; the burning issue would have been resolved by the bluing process and time in any case. It is unclear what this coating is made of or how safe it is. Despite the black covering, I actually didn't detect any traces on food or while washing. When cooking, the handle warms up, but I can still hold it without a gripper because it isn't too hot. No lid is included. It rusted a couple of times, but once I washed it and bluened it, the issue was resolved. Make sure you have adequate ventilation when baking the pan; otherwise, the scent of linseed oil would be overwhelming, unbearable to me, and of little use.
