Controller works fine
I bought this after buying and returning two different brand pans due to poor temperature control. It's small and light enough to carry anywhere and heats up quickly. You'll have to learn where to set the heat level through trial and error, but this is repeatable. We mainly use it for fried eggs and grilled cheese rolls.
