Review on Rosonway RSH-A107 7 Port USB 3.2 Gen 2/USB C Hub 10Gbps, 12V Power Adapter & Individual Switches, Aluminum Splitter For PC And Laptop by Adam Alvarez

This hub is good value for the price and has worked well for me. I recommend it.

This 7-port hub is solidly built. The USB-A openings are far enough apart that it is easy to plug in devices. A positive point is the individual switches for the USB-A openings are on the side, not on the top with the openings, so you are much less likely to hit one when plugging in a cable. Another nice feature is that they are on with a touch, but to turn them off requires a long push which means you won’t accidentally turn one off when handling cables. The indicator lights are bright enough to see from a distance and are on top where easily visible.I used it to link (and power where appropriate) to my computer a microphone, a webcam camera, a 1 TB SanDisk SSD, an external USB Portable CD/DVD +/-RW Drive/DVD, an 2 TB Sandisk SSD, a USB mouse; a USB keyboard and it handled them all without any problem. The 24W charger was sufficient for my needs. The cord from the hub to the computer is 1 meter long and this is long enough for convenient placement of the hub. The power adapter cord is 4 feet long and a longer cord would be desirable. The cord from the hub to the computer is permanently attached to the hub which can make it a little more difficult to manage plugging in to the computer if you have a lot of cables. The USB-A and USB-C dual connector is easy to use. This hub is good value for the price and has worked well for me. I recommend it.

Pros
  • Sturdy Desing & Individual Switches
Cons
  • The additional power adapter required to operate the hub could be seen as an inconvenience for users who prefer a more streamlined setup
