When I first got the power supply I thought it was DOA. I unplugged it a few times from my motherboard for testing different mobos and gpus. The issue was the 20+4 wire and/or the port on the power supply itself. I had to unplug the wire and plug it back in the mobo and PSU a few times for it to work. It tested as working with their test pin that they send. I know it’s not the motherboard because I ordered a new one thinking my mobo that was sitting for a few months out of a case might have gotten damaged. It works and it was cheap for a gold rated PSU. If it seems like it’s DOA just check the 20+4 cable.
