Useful for retrofitting older non-POE+ rigs for unpowered use
Works well with the Linksys Velop WHW03 which I have installed in the outdoor box. The hub used is a ubiquiti 802.3at 24W per port basis on 300ft of Category 6 cable, routed outside, running at 1Gbps and running outside in the heat and cold for months.
