Works great. However, due to the somewhat unique design. At first it is unusual to wear. although you get used to it. a breathing hole the size of an index finger provides sufficient air. When I got it I wore it for about 20 minutes just to see how it feels/preforms. All the pros are there, although it seems a bit strange because it gets stuck in the mouth/lips. I think it's a compromise when the air hole is that big. Teeth are visible through the hole in front, I think it's cool. And speaking is surprisingly doable. Even though you have a lot of saliva
