I like that this software does not only help me to organize my clients but also helps with other aspects of running an efficient operation, such as client communications for example! There are some areas where they could improve upon their system; however these problems can be overcome by working closely together during implementation phases in order to get it right first time around (such as having your sales team input data directly into Salesforce rather than manually entering them). Great product- best price available out there really!! Nothing so far - great customer service/support from all involved including development teams who were very responsive at every stage throughout our engagement process which was ongoing over 12 months or more.- good communication via email & skype / video chat meetings when required.
