Review on Notation Matrix by Paul Tilden

I have found it to be very simple, yet effective for creating medical progress notes that are easy enough even my non-medical friends can understand! The documentation software seems like an afterthought - not something you'd expect from such high quality product as this one (at least at first glance). It's good but could use some more attention paid towards improving its user interface/design of features so they're easier & less confusing especially when working remotely or without help available nearby during initial setup etc.. We currently don't document our clinical visits using any other method than note taking however we do hope eventually implement NMT into all aspects where possible including billing purposes too!!
