Good product in helping me complete progress reports

I like that this program allows access from home or at work.It was easy to learn how to use it, plus my supervisor loves using it as well! It would be nice if you could have more than one file open when creating multiple notes since sometimes we need to make changes while working off of an old note/paper copy which gets lost (or not saved). Great tool if your looking alternative means with which record patient care

I have found it to be very simple, yet effective for creating medical progress notes that are easy enough even my non-medical friends can understand! The documentation software seems like an afterthought - not something you'd expect from such high quality product as this one (at least at first glance). It's good but could use some more attention paid towards improving its user interface/design of features so they're easier & less confusing especially when working remotely or without help…

Easy way and fast in making medical coding documents

I like how easy it was to create my notation matrix, you can do one thing at once instead of switching back an forth between devices! The only things that are not great about this software would be if more features could have been added into their product line (such as being able add new notes). A fantastic way improve efficiency in charting

The best thing about Notation Matrix is that it's web-based, so no software to install or set up. Also, you can easily customize the look of your templates. The search function is not as robust as I would like, but we're working on that. We recently implemented this system for our entire department at my work. It has been very easy to train users on how to use the system, and it has made creating patient charts much easier. When we first started using this system, there was some confusion…
