Review on SOAIY by Mysocalled Gaultier

After reading several glowing evaluations of the SOAIY online store, I couldn't wait to give it a shot myself as an avid do-it-yourselfer. My interactions with the business, on the other hand, have been nothing but a source of frustration. To begin, their website is not user-friendly, and it takes an inordinate amount of time to locate the information that you seek. Even if you are successful in locating a product, the explanation of that product is frequently lacking, leaving you to speculate as to whether or not it is suitable for the task you have at hand. Second, when compared to the prices offered at other internet retailers, SOAIY's are significantly more expensive. I was able to find the exact same products elsewhere at significantly lower prices, and the quality was either the same or even better. Last but not least, the customer support offered by SOAIY is below average. Because of a problem with the merchandise I ordered, I had to wait several days for a response to my inquiry from the company. When they did eventually respond, however, they were of no assistance whatsoever; consequently, I was forced to send the item back and request a refund for it. Overall, I do not recommend SOAIY online business. There are a multitude of other online retailers that can be found that provide superior quality in terms of customer service, product selection, and pricing. I would advise you to seek elsewhere for a less stressful shopping experience if that is what you are after.
