After shopping I decided to stop at this one as I've always had very good luck with Crucial Memory. wise is great. - I also love that unlike all other brands you can buy them individually and have to buy them in pairs (which is difficult for people on a budget). Cons: - Now the RGB part on the other hand is a whole different story. I downloaded the correct software from Crucial and lo and behold the forums were top notch. You can adjust the RGB up to about 10 seconds before the program crashes. then the memory remains monochromatic and does not change. The only way to get the software working and changing RAM back is to reboot the machine and wait for the software to keep crashing. If you close the program and try to open it again without restarting, you will have high CPU usage in the RGB program, which fluctuates between 34 and 38%. I would also like to point out that the various options you have are very buggy and don't offer much of a difference. I added pictures of CPU usage and gave up trying to get the storage utility to work and it ran all day. I am very disappointed and unfortunately will be returning for an alternative. The only reason I'm not giving a star is for the memory itself.
