Review on Leather Lacing Stitching Leathercraft Desktop by Tara Ford

The product image is a bit deceptive when you see that the pony's "teeth" are covered with leather. I haven't read anywhere that they will be leather covered so I won't make that an issue in this review but will let future buyers know that you will need to attach your own leather to the pony if you want it covered. My problem is related to the functionality of the pony itself. It will not stay pressed against the product no matter how you set the hardware, it will open frequently. I either have to keep pressing the clasp to keep the pony closed the whole time or use another external clip to keep it closed. Which becomes obsolete very quickly. I'm leaving a 3 star rating because I'm just plain dissatisfied with the product overall, but I didn't spend a lot of money on the item so I won't completely demolish the item here. If you have an extra clamp lying around somewhere, this will solve your problem. If you don't, I would go ahead and spend more money to get a better quality product.
