Disappointing Adhesive Tape for Arts and Crafts

I used this tape for my scrapbooking project, hoping it would provide a strong hold.Unfortunately, the adhesive was weak and didn`t stick well to my paper and other materials. The tape is advertised as waterproof, but it started to peel OFF after a few days..
