Of course it went on sale immediately after the purchase. Definitely! Still, they are absolutely worth the 35 euros I paid for them. I love making homemade crackers and melting fine cheese on them without a crappy microwave. I'm very surprised these things aren't more popular. If you decide to buy it, go for this one and not the cheaper version. On cheaper versions, the metal peels off very easily. Thinking that maybe using a little Pam before you start melting might help is still very frustrating. Especially since I used it a lot, like 3-4 times a week, I was hoping it would last longer than it was. I am happy to report that they have started using a new type of metal that will not scratch or chip. One month so far in very good condition. I still use some coconut oil nonstick spray just to be on the safe side. Now perfect!
