When I opened the box for this SuperHandy wagon I discovered parts strewn everywhere. The first photo is exactly what the contents looks like upon arrival. Look closely and you will see parts in every nook and cranny.washers, nuts, cotter pins etc. The second and third photos show the blister pack which was supposed to contain all those parts. It had obviously been opened on a prior occasion. In fact some of plastic on the blister pack had been sliced with an exacto knife. The good news is, all of the parts had been contained within the larger box so that I was able to compete the assembly of the wagon and the wagon does work well both as a "bin" and as a flatbed. The assembly instructions are a bit confusing but if you are at all mechanically minded it is easy enough to get the job done. One star off due to the mess inside the delivery box.
