Erapta rear view camera is more than just a camera or a product. When you buy this camera, it arrives very quickly. All parts needed are expertly boxed and boxed. If you buy two side and rear cameras with one screen like I knew, it doesn't matter that the boxes are printed with a rear camera design. never mind Open ALL the camera boxes and you will find your side cameras in the same opened boxes. It's possible the company will make this change soon so customers won't be afraid to think they don't have side cameras. Many comments indicate that they don't open all their boxes and suggest that they have four rear cameras. IMPORTANT: Cameras are packaged neatly with clear tape, not plastic wrap, on the lenses. If you tear off the tape, be careful. A sticky film may remain on the glass lens. Cotton swabs and denatured alcohol were my solution to removing this film, but with care they will be clean and beautiful. Erapta also offers a wide range of well-marked, easy-to-connect cables. I live in a 40 foot vintage bus. I am more than happy with the 10m and 20m lengths rather than the feet that come with the cameras. It's more than what I need, but I'm happy with the extra length. The monitor and remote control are lightweight, clean, and easy to use together or separately. The on-screen graphics, viewing options are clean, clear and really fun to experiment with. As you finalize the placement of the cameras, remember that especially with side cameras, it's important that you plug in and power on the system to be sure. They are on the right side of the car. The monitor has camera capabilities for flipping the screen, but it's important to ensure the cameras aren't upside down. The eRapta side cameras can be easily disassembled with four screws, mounted on balls and reassembled to get the look you want. The night views from these cameras are bright and powerful. The controls are easy to set up, and if you're concerned about vehicle safety in a place you can't see like driving a 40ft bus AND towing another vehicle, then eRapta's will have you covered appreciate quality. The camera pack works so well that we use it as home security on the bus. The only downside is the lack of a writable package. So if you leave, you can't record intruders. Again, there is NO recording capability on those four cameras and the monitor. However, being able to see clearly day or night, no matter the weather, is worth every penny for knowing who is crawling around your car or house. Customer service is ABOVE my expectations and still can't believe the quick response to my questions. . I'm a woman who doesn't understand these electronic things, but I patiently answered every question with great enthusiasm and care. If you ever need help, eRapta's customer service will surprise you, I promise! Again, I can't say enough about the products, customer service, and prompt service.
