I bought this to use in the middle of my spin bike. Although the mount part is a bit deep/big, it works well! The mount is adjustable so I can tilt it to my liking (up or down, side to side). The part of the frame that holds the phone is easily adjustable with a rotary knob on the back to open and close the four corners. Once set up there is a locking button all around the device which keeps it in place very securely! I never feel like the device will fall out and it's very easy to put it back in place (an issue I've had trouble with using similar mounts with rubber grips). Overall I am very satisfied with the product!
