Review on Rugged Ridge 11025.14 Quick Release Mirror: Rectangular, Textured Black, Perfect for 97-18 Wrangler by Jeff Bridgewater

I thought long and hard about which mirrors I should order. In the end I settled on round textured mirrors and couldn't be happier. The texture is very similar to my aftermarket bumpers and light bar mount. I was concerned that the factory screws holding the lightbar mount and mirror base would be too short. I was able to use factory bolts, although I wish they were a little longer. I've used a couple of channel locks to get an extra half turn at the base of the mirror and they hold position very well at highway speeds, which make up the majority of my driving. There's a slight vibration in the mirrors that affects fine details like LP# but doesn't affect the overall side view while driving. Also, when driving, a faint whistling sound can be heard from the driver's side. It's not permanent and I can't tell if it's the case on the passenger side. Overall I'm very happy with the mirrors and knowing the two minor issues with vibration and whistling I would still buy the mirrors.
