These legs appear solid and solid. They also function as leveling feet to a very limited extent. The reference to non-slip pads is a bit confusing. These can be thin, double-sided adhesive foam pads or knobbed metal discs on which the feet rest. However, these metal discs are quite slippery. When referring to adhesive discs, it would mean that adhesive pads are used to attach metal discs directly to furniture or floors on which a record player or other audio equipment is placed. I don't want to apply strong glue to such surfaces. I ended up using adhesive washers to attach the feet to the turntable. I had some cork wrap left over from the cardboard liner and used double sided tape to attach the cork pieces to the bottom of the knobbed discs. I then used scissors to cut the cork. The cork has kept the discs from slipping and can add a bit more vibration resistance which may be needed. The foam in the adhesive discs offers little protection from vibration after being compressed by the weight of the gear.
