Drilled this router bit in about 15 minutes. I think it might be granite. The drill itself is too short, so I bought a port to increase the drilling depth. But it turns out that the large collar at the tip of the bit limits penetration anyway. Also bought a 3/4" drill bit and drilled six holes in the same 3" deep granite. Always used a trickle of water for lubrication and cooling. Went about 1 inch deep in 3-5 minutes (rock density varied) with my full weight. Heavy work! No signs of use. (bigbox's Bosch tungsten carbide barely scratched the granite.)
