very strong in the sport
I attached it to a stud on the wall with a 2"X6" piece of wood, the tab is screwed on with 3/8"X4" screws. I then attached the base plate to the 2X6 with four 1/4 "X2" mounting screws and the result is very strong. The bike weighs 38 pounds.
