I'm giving this one an extra star simply because of the OEM price difference to Honda but other than that it's just another aftermarket part in my opinion. Buy another tensioner in the future, spend money on the original one now. My fiancee's 2007 Accord has 284,000 miles on the original tensioner, this replacement has lasted less than 2 years and 30,000 miles from her long commute and couples trip. I am a Honda Master Technician with 13 years of experience and it is very rare that I have to replace the same OEM part on a Honda or Acura more than once. You get what you pay for in this case.
