Review on Versatile 8-inch Duo-Edge Chef's Knife: Ideal for All Your Kitchen Needs! by Erin Lee

I have a whole kitchen full of knives (my husband is a bit of an addict!) but I saw this one (he actually showed me!) and I knew right away it was going to be great knives ! I have chronic pain and the Arthritis Foundation recommends this family of knives and they did not disappoint! It's very sharp straight out of the box, very light and comfortable to hold and much easier for me to trim etc. I liked it so much that I bought a 5 inch Duoglide in this style as well as a trimmer. Both are nice to use. I often use the knife to cut bread (cuts like butter!), fruit, grapefruit and pineapple. I highly recommend these knives. If you have trouble using your hands, or even if you don't, these are great knives!
