I'm in between sizes right now,,, and purchased the 8-10, which is labeled L. I'm 5'4" 178#'s. It fit well, I might have purchased the 12, if it were available for the extra wiggle room. Overall, VERY happy with this purchase! I'd definitely buy again! It needs to comein more colors.
