Great for hobbies and home labs
My home lab had outgrown an old broken 4 port KVM and I needed something more. Nothing special, no hotkey switching and everything is displayed via VGA with a USB keyboard. It fit the bill perfectly and didn't break the bank in the process. It's a 1-U, with mounting lugs and small rubber feet. If you install it at the back of the rack, you can switch inputs with the remote control, the cable is just long enough. If you install it from the front, you can use the buttons on the device itself. No external power required, just plug and play.
