Worst Pastels Ever!

Based on my observations these pastels are highly disappointing in their performance. The pigments are not strong enough and the chalkiness is very apparent. The only good thing about it is the reasonable price .The artwork didn't turn out as expected due to the inadequate results from the pastels..
