Great replacement, just be prepared to buy nuts and bolts if they don't fix this problem.
Great replacement, unscrewing the old rivets from the old one was the biggest pain. Mine did not come with replacement bolts and nuts as pictured. I ended up going to NAPA to buy class 8 screws. I recommend being able to read the markings on the screws. Instead, the NAPA employee tried to give me a Class 5 screw because he didn't know how to read the markings.
