Its ability to keep you warm is amazing. I found my ideal temperature to be 131. I think my two biggest complaints would be that I never manage to get the full 80 minutes of battery life. Which isn't really a big deal because I keep it on a stand most of the time. My other complaint is that it doesn't hold enough liquid. Because it's the perfect temperature, it's hard not to drink it all. While I've also found that the last quarter of the drink tends to be hotter than the temperature I set it to, I think there may not be enough liquid to accurately pinpoint the temperature. Improvements that I think would be worthwhile would be a way to set the temperature without a smartphone. I didn't want a mug so I lost the ability to see and keep track of the temperature. In my view, this is a slight improvement over the first generation. Other hot beverage drinkers may find this useless, but I've found it extremely beneficial because I get so much more enjoyment out of every cup, not just a few cups. Swallow at the right temperature.
