Review on Connectiv1 by Derek Wagner

We worked with the Connectiv1 team to create a website that allows us to gather and use data about how people search, visit our site, and ultimately buy vehicles from us. We’ve found that by having the information available, it helps us to better understand how our site visitors are behaving and what kind of customers we should be reaching out to. Our goals for the site are to drive traffic to our site, collect data about our site visitors, and generate revenue. The Connectiv1 team has been amazing! In particular, the senior technical writer, Ben Hartley, has gone above and beyond helping us to make our website intuitive, user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. Ben has been responsive to every question and concern we had during the project and even took the time to walk us through his favorite tools so that we could see how he uses them on a daily basis. Ben is extremely talented and hardworking and was easily able to translate our complex requirements into a beautiful, easy to navigate website that allows us to meet our business goals. It was a pleasure working with him and we look forward to continuing to partner with Connectiv1. Thanks again, Ben!!
