A great tool for data analytics.

Excellent tool for data analytics. It is user friendly and intuitive and allows us to share all relevant data from various sources with other departments such as finance, service, warranty etc. It's very easy to get the most out of this software and find ways to make improvements across the business. I am a big fan of its customer service - the guys are fantastic and helpful! Easy to use, intuitive and efficient way of managing multiple clients' activities/tasks at once. Very useful feature…

  • The interface is really clean and simple
  • The product offers all the features one would expect of an enterprise quality application and provides them all at no cost
  • Easy to install and integrate with existing systems
Cons
  • There are some bugs that make it difficult to use sometimes
  • It could be better to look after small businesses (less than 10 people)

Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend. I was so impressed with their initial setup of my account. They walked me through everything step by step. The initial setup took about 30 minutes, after which they promptly emailed me asking if I had any questions and were available to answer them anytime. They offered me tips on how to get more value out of my data. After a couple of weeks, they sent me a reminder email saying they would send me a free consultation/trial of the product. It

  • It has the basic functions of other tools at a fraction of the cost
  • I would definitely recommend.
Cons
  • Not able to export CSV directly to Excel as some others do.
  • The price for using the tool for 10 days is expensive.
  • Some features are not intuitive like for example how to generate statistics on trends etc.
