Review on Connectiv1 by Chris Lemm

Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend. I was so impressed with their initial setup of my account. They walked me through everything step by step. The initial setup took about 30 minutes, after which they promptly emailed me asking if I had any questions and were available to answer them anytime. They offered me tips on how to get more value out of my data. After a couple of weeks, they sent me a reminder email saying they would send me a free consultation/trial of the product. It worked perfectly - I downloaded the trial app onto my phone, logged into my account and was already generating valuable insights. It was such a great feeling knowing I could log in to my account whenever I wanted and see exactly how I was doing. They’ve also got a brilliant Customer Care team who respond within 5 mins (24/7). Overall, I’d say this has been an excellent experience with Connectiv1 and I would happily use them again in the future.
